Unlike factory poppets that rely on proprietary or hard-to-source seals, the METHOD Performance Poppet is engineered to work with readily available, off-the-shelf O-rings, making maintenance easier and faster—both at home and at the field.

The poppet body is machined from a high-grade bronze alloy, chosen for its durability, sealing properties, and consistent wear characteristics. An X-Ring skirt seal improves sealing stability throughout the firing cycle, while the 90-durometer O-ring valve seal provides a reliable, consistent shutoff to reduce air loss and improve efficiency.
