Standard Orders

  • Orders may only be cancelled if the cancellation request is received before processing begins.

  • Once processing has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Approved cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Pre-Orders

  • All pre-orders are final sale.

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Estimated ship dates are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on supplier or manufacturer schedules.

Camp Passes & Paint

  • Camp admission fees are non-refundable.

  • Paint purchased for camp may be refunded only if unused and unopened.

  • Camp delivery is available by request and must be arranged in advance.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
