Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. All shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping.

• Signature Required: A signature is required for all deliveries valued over $300.

• Processing Time: Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Some items may take longer depending on supplier availability.

• Delivery Times: Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

• No Local Pickup: At this time, we do not offer in-person pickup options.

Camp Delivery Option
We offer delivery directly to camp for certain items, but this must be arranged in advance. If you’d like your order delivered to the camp location, please contact us before checkout so we can set this up for you.

Important Notes:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or fees caused by incorrect addresses.

• If a package is returned to us due to refusal or failed delivery, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
