    • All sales are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

    • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

  2. Paintball Camp Policies

    • Camp passes are non-refundable.

    • Paint purchased through our store is for camp use only and will be delivered directly to the field. No outside paint is permitted.

    • Players are expected to follow all field safety rules and staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from camp without refund.

  3. Product Sales

    • Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

    • Warranty coverage, if applicable, is provided by the manufacturer and not by our store.

    • Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  4. Shipping & Delivery

    • Orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipping times may vary depending on supplier availability.

    • Free shipping applies only to orders over $500.

    • A signature is required for deliveries over $300.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    • Our company is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during camp or while using any products purchased. Participation in paintball activities is at your own risk.

    • By registering for camp or purchasing from our store, you agree to release us from any claims related to accidents, equipment use, or third-party shipping delays.
