How does a trade work?

• Once a trade is agreed upon, down payment or tracking must be received in order for your desired marker to be removed from our inventory and the deal considered valid
• Your trade in marker will be reviewed and tested to ensure it arrived in an "as described" manor
• After your marker has been tested we will ship your marker via USPS Priority Mail (trades are only accepted inside the United States)
• Communication and shipment updates will be provided in a prompt and timely fashion
