SHIPPING

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is FREE on orders over $500. Orders under $500 will have shipping calculated at checkout. Since we work directly with manufacturers, shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order as well as your location.

  • How fast do you ship?

    We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Because we rely on multiple suppliers (Carbon, HK Army, and others), processing times may vary. Some items ship the next business day, while others may take a few days before they are on their way to you. Tracking information will always be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Do you require a signature?

    Yes. Orders over $300 require a signature at delivery for fraud protection.

  • Do you offer delivery for camp members?

    Yes. If you are attending one of our paintball camps, we can hand-deliver your paint or gear directly to the field on your camp dates. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange this option.

Do you accept returns?

  • New goods: Returns are not accepted once the package has been opened.


  • Used markers: All used markers are thoroughly inspected, tested, and serviced before shipping. Because of this, we do not accept refunds or returns on used items.

  • Unopened items: If your package is still sealed and unopened, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, but please note, Orders canceled before shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can work with the manufacturer or carrier to make it right.


Pre-Orders

Do you take pre-orders?

Yes! We offer pre-orders on upcoming markers, gear, and limited releases so you can lock in your item before it sells out.

What is your pre-order policy?

  • All pre-orders are final and non-refundable. Pre-orders cannot be canceled.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the manufacturer’s production and shipping schedule; we can’t guarantee exact dates.

  • Pre-orders ship immediately once they arrive at our facility, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as they go out.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.

  • How does shipping work to Canada?

    Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location.

  • Duties & taxes

    Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes charged upon delivery.
